2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return or exchange your item.

Return Conditions:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Return:

Email info@fukui.store with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to product availability.
To request an exchange, follow the return steps and specify your preferred item.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was delivered.

3. Claims & Damaged Goods
