Shipping & Delivery Policy – FUKUI

Production & Dispatch Time All FUKUI furniture is crafted to order. After your order is confirmed, please allow 5–10 business days for production and quality inspection before dispatch.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery After Dispatch Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • European Union: 2–5 business days — Free
  • USA / Canada: 5–10 business days — €150.00
  • Other countries: Contact us at info@fukui.store for a quote

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays or courier delays.

Total Estimated Lead Time From order confirmation to delivery at your door:

  • EU: approximately 7–15 business days
  • International: approximately 10–20 business days

Order Tracking A tracking number is sent by email after dispatch. If you have not received it within 11 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@fukui.store.

Large Furniture Deliveries Our furniture is delivered by specialist freight carriers. Deliveries are made to the ground floor / front door unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure access is available on the day of delivery.
