Yes. Cabinets, consoles and bedside tables ship fully assembled with drawers and brackets fitted. Coffee tables may ship with legs to screw in — five minutes, no drill.

Foam corners, protective film, double-wall corrugated box. Larger cabinets go on a pallet. Keep the packaging for the first 30 days in case of a return — a return has to travel in it.

No — for the UK the price includes duties and VAT (DDP). Nothing to pay on delivery.

Yes. Width from 40 to 320 cm depending on the piece, depth and height, finish, base (oak legs, plinth or floating), handle, drawers, doors, shelves and cable cut-outs. Use the configurator for an indicative price in 30 seconds.

It is indicative and includes VAT. FUKUI confirms the final quote by email before any payment is taken.

Usually 2–3 business days of production, like stock pieces; complex cabinets or very long consoles can take up to a week. Express production moves you to the front of the queue.

Yes — three oak swatches (Natural, Brown, Black), refunded with your order.

Yes — 18 mm solid oak panels and fronts, no veneer, no MDF. The one exception we state openly: drawer boxes are birch plywood, which is lighter and keeps the runners aligned.

Matte acrylic lacquer, two coats, in Natural, Brown or Black. It protects against water rings and hot mugs without hiding the grain.

Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged moisture, direct sunlight and chemical cleaners. No oiling or waxing — the lacquer does that job.

No two will. Oak varies in grain, knots and tone from board to board, and screens shift colour. If the exact shade matters, order the samples.

All oak warms slightly with light over the years; the lacquer slows this. Natural changes the most, Black the least.

Yes, with hollow-wall anchors rated for the piece (20 kg+ for a bedside table, 30 kg+ for a console; not supplied), or by screwing into a stud behind the board. Brick and concrete: use the plugs in the box.

30 days on stock sizes. Keep the original packaging; you arrange the return and cover the return shipping. Made-to-order pieces are excluded from returns but fully covered by the warranty.

All FUKUI furniture is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Photograph the box and the damage before unpacking further and email us as soon as you can, and within 30 days of delivery at the latest. Delivery is insured; we repair, replace or refund.
